0000471: Admin user can be deleted even if registrations are closed

Description

Hi,

The admin user can be deleted even if the registrations are closed. This leads to a situation where you have to reinstall Friendica.

(0000750) macgirvin (administrator) 2012-09-06 17:35	A possible workaround is to edit the config setting for registrations in the DB to allow open or approved registrations.
