0000466: Dispy preview pane overlaps and prevents use of Submit button and related.

Description

When creating a new post in Dispy 1.2.1 (light), clicking on "Preview" causes the preview window to surround the lock icon, Submit button, and Preview option. These are still visible, but you can no longer click on them.

Does not happen when previewing a comment to a post. Does not happen in duepuntozero theme.

Steps To Reproduce

Begin writing a post. Click Preview. Then attempt to click Submit.
