0000354: Make it possible to remove obsolete profiles from @-mention lists

Description

For poeple like Fabian Dost and Tony Baldwin who have changed servers a lot, it's very hard to choose the correct profile when @-mentioning them in a post.

I don't want to delete their old selves, though, because I'd also delete all their old posts.

If it's possible for performance reasons, don't let ignored contacts show up in the @-mention list or create an additional contact edit item to switch that off.
